For weddings and milestone events (quinceañeras, Sweet 16s), 3–6 months out is ideal to lock in your date. Portrait sessions and corporate headshots can usually be scheduled with 1–2 weeks' notice.

We'll work together to find a backup plan — an indoor location, a rescheduled time, or adapting the shoot to the conditions. I'll always communicate options ahead of time rather than leaving you to figure it out day of.
